Sweet Seed Bombs

Makes about 12

(Use a tea-cup for the measurements)

1 cup of almonds or walnuts (or a mix of seeds – pumpkin, sesame, sunflower)
1 cup of pitted dates
¼ cup of raisins
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cardamom
¼ cup almond butter or fruit puree
shredded coconut


1. - Chop the dates and place in a large bowl

2. - Place the nuts in a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin until crushed and mix into the dates

3. - Add the almond butter or fruit puree and mix well

4. - Form the mixture into balls and roll in the shredded coconut

5. - Eat straight away or store in a sealed container and refrigerate for up to a week.
